Meet Dr. Megan Fellows

We are proud to introduce Dr. Megan Fellows as the newest pediatrician joining our care team. A dedicated advocate for children’s health and family wellness, Dr. Fellows brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and public health insight to our practice.

Originally from Urbandale, Iowa, Dr. Fellows developed an early interest in medicine and community health. She completed her undergraduate degree at St. Olaf College in Minnesota before moving to Atlanta to earn a Master of Public Health (MPH) at Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health. Her MPH work focused on child and adolescent health, deepening her commitment to preventive care, health education, and equitable healthcare access.

Dr. Fellows continued her training at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine, earning her Doctor of Medicine and returning to Atlanta for her Pediatrics Residency at Emory University School of Medicine. Her leadership, dedication, and rapport with families and staff led to her appointment as Chief Resident—a highly selective role where she helps guide new pediatricians, support clinical excellence, and serve as a liaison between faculty, residents, and families.

She is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and licensed to practice in the state of Georgia.

In the exam room, Dr. Fellows is known for her warm, approachable style and her ability to partner with parents through every stage of their child’s development—from newborn care and milestones to adolescent health and behavioral concerns. She believes in empowering families through education and building long-term relationships rooted in trust and open communication.

Now a proud Atlanta resident, she lives with her husband, their young daughter, and a golden retriever who keeps them all on their toes. Outside of medicine, she enjoys running, exploring Atlanta’s food scene, and spending time outdoors with her family.

Dr. Fellows is honored to continue her journey in Atlanta and is excited to care for the next generation of patients in our community.
