Meet Dr. Vanna Jackson

Vanna Manigault Jackson, MD, is a Board Certified Pediatrician and Adolescent Medicine specialist.

Dr. Jackson was born in Charleston, SC and later relocated to Charlotte NC. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Pre-Professional Studies from the University of Notre Dame. Dr. Jackson earned her doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed her internship and residency at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. She worked in the Washington DC suburbs for 9 years, before relocating to Atlanta. She joined Sandy Springs Pediatrics in 2003 and is a full partner.

Dr. Jackson welcomes patients of all ages. Her areas of medical interests include Asthma and Allergy management, learning difficulties including ADHD, and preventive medicine. She serves on the Quality Utilization Management Committee of Kids Health First.

Dr. Jackson has served as  community service chair in several organizations over the years.  Her favorite projects involve promoting child literacy locally and internationally.  She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and dog. She loves the beach, oil painting, reading and gardening.
