If you are covered by one of the following plans, we are happy to serve you:
- Peach State Health Plan
- Medicaid (Fee-for-Service)
To continue receiving care at our office with in-network benefits, you may wish to
contact Georgia Medicaid to discuss whether you're eligible to enroll in the Peach State Health Plan.
